Our first time using A Brighter Side window cleaning service and it was great!!! I was shocked how fast it was! Steve and his team are fast, thorough and so organized! They really have their routine down pat. Also very friendly and local! All thumbs up

Steve and his team did an AMAZING job at my house. He just left and I'm wondering why I haven't done this earlier. The windows are sparkling. He and his team were extremely professional, prompt and courteous. They took great pains in making sure they did not leave water around the house. The service was extremely affordable. He just made a long term customer. Will definitely be making this a regular service moving forward.

Great guys! They show up on time, do a terrific job!!! We live in a two story and they are great at getting all the job done, no hidden fees! Very clean and courteous.

We just had Steve and his crew clean our windows in our two story home. They did a fantastic job- they are trustworthy and professional! They cleaned all tracks and screens and they also repair screens - all for a very competitive price! It was great to wake up the next day to bright beautiful sunshine. All the guys were friendly and efficient. We are so happy to have a reliable company and Steve advised he will put us on his rotation for a 3 month call back.

Steve and his men have worked for myself and other members of my family almost as long as he has been in business and has never been anything less than spectacular.
I have many antiques near some of my windows and nothing has ever happened to them or anything else in the house. Also, due to the fact that my house was built in the 1940s and experienced remodels some windows are in awkward places but always end up just as clean as the more accessible ones.
Sometimes when business men are very efficient they come off as a little harsh but Steve and his crew are always personable. Also, they have had no issue working in and out of the backyard with our pitbull puppy.
But of course the job we hire him to do is flawless, everything is put back exactly as expected, only in a spotless state, mirrors as well.

Steve, the owner, was incredibly careless and rude when he came to clean the windows. First off, he increased his estimate as soon as he arrived, because he hadn't mentioned that certain types of windows cost more. I said I understood, but what I didn't say is that he ought to have mentioned that on the phone. Or better yet, as most companies do, he should actually come out here to give an estimate, rather than doing it over the phone.

After he left a mark on the walls (because he was walking quickly through them with a squeegee that was kindof flapping around on his belt) I asked him to just be careful please not to mark the walls. He replied, "I won't, I've been doing this for 10 years." Thing is, he had already left the mark on the wall, and he didn't apologize when I pointed that out.

Then when I saw him dropping the window screens from the 2nd story to the ground, I asked him to please carry the rest down instead of dropping them. He again replied that he'd been doing this for 10 years, and asked how many windows I've washed, and that "I'm going to do it the way I always do it, but if you don't like it, we'll leave!"

He then proceeded to start swearing at me and telling me he didn't need to put up with being treated like this, even though I'd been polite the whole time, hadn't yelled at him, hadn't sworn at him, as he had done to me. I'd recommend against using his services. Since his invoice has neither an address, nor a business license number of any sort, and he doesn't seem to have a web site, and he requests that checks be written directly to his name rather than a business name, I have to wonder if this is even a legitimate business.

I am guessing that "Beth H." can't be pleased by anyone. These guys were friendly, courteous and hard workers. They even wore booties on their feet due to my off white carpeting. Prices are very reasonable,windows look amazing and they were on time. We will use them from now on.

Steve and Daniel just finished our house. They did a great job. The windows have not looked this good in years. I could not recommend them more highly. They showed up early (which for me is a plus). Ignore the one bad review. There is no way that represents the quality of their work or the friendly quality service.

We have had Steve and his company washing our house as well as our other properties for years and have not had a problem. His prices are always the lowest, yet the effort is not lacking. Our windows come out amazing every time and he is always flexible on scheduling. A truly genuine guy. He is always on time and gets the job done right. I know personally he has been doing our neighbors house across the street for over 10 years now. I wouldn't have any other window washer. He is not only there to wash the windows but to communicate and talk with us. Steve has become one of our friends over the years not just our window washer.
